It is the most important part if you want to join us, because everything else is a product of it.
What does ownership mean here? It means you don't wait for permission, and you don't wait for instructions. If a database is slow at 3 AM, you don't write a message asking what to do. You fix it, deploy the patch, and explain what happened in the morning. We don't hire executors, we rather partner with owners who care about the outcome as much as the founders do.

A lot of things that will come to you will be new. If you need months of training to touch a new API, you will slow us down. We expect you to learn on the fly, prototype fast, and master new concepts in days.
Executing
You need to actually build, produce things. Theory is cheap. We measure success by working code in production. You build, ship, and test.
Failing
Yes, you read it right. It's also part of it. And we expect you to fail a lot, otherwise you're not doing the two previous points. Fail fast, fix it faster, and avoid making the same mistake twice.
03.Communication
We communicate in a relaxed, informal, but absolutely direct and transparent way. If code is bad, we call it bad. If an idea is good, we say it immediately. No corporate sugarcoating, no hierarchy filters. It's not about being rude it's about respect for each other's time and getting things done.

Full Stack Engineer
What is this job about?
You will build the systems that run our clients' core operations. Concretely, you will write the backend logic to automate spreadsheet-heavy workflows, configure PostgreSQL databases, write OCR and LLM scripts to parse unstructured operational documents, and build clean Next.js interfaces where client teams audit data. You own the entire stack, from system integrations to raw execution.
What we expect from you
- 01.Ability to build clean, responsive React/Next.js interfaces that work seamlessly under heavy loads.
- 02.Strong foundations in Node.js, database schemas (PostgreSQL), and writing robust REST/GraphQL APIs.
- 03.Excellent planning skills, the capability to take a loose set of product specifications and structure them into clean engineering tasks.
- 04.We do not require formal degrees or years of corporate resume. If you are a student but can build and ship working code, we want to talk to you.
