THIS TOOL VISUALIZES THE OPPORTUNITY COST OF THE WAR:
Synthetic Russia (Counterfactual): A mathematical projection of how the Russian economy would have evolved without sanctions, based on a weighted average of similar economies (Donor Pool).
Gap: The vertical distance between the real data and the synthetic line represents the net impact of sanctions.
